the location was perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. the rooms were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the staff provided excellent service, and the continental breakfast offered a variety of options, including cereals, boiled eggs, ham and cheese. the hotel also had a nice swimming pool, which is rare in that area. it was a great value for the price.

good value for money and clean comfortabel rooms. Breakfast was also good value for money and all kinds of coffee you could order for free as much as you like (american coffee, expresso, latte, etc.) The village is small, but has a new wide promenade avenue where you have several shop, bars and restaurants. It even has an outdoor pool if you like to have a swim or relax outside. Parking is free and directly attached to the hotel. Good located to drive in 10min to Iseo (6km) and the lake, where you have a bigger center with shops bars and lakeside restaurants, ship services on the lake as well, 15min to the Franciacorta Outlet Village and various wine producers and very good restaurants in the area.

If you look for a cosy nice place, this might be too much design, but its a very convenient base for excursions - also offered by the hotel.

This was our third visit and we are going back again. The hotel is modern, clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to assist you when asked. Overall very good value for money and unless you want to pay a premium to stay in an old and worn hotel on the lakeside Hotel Lamosa is your best choice when visiting Lake Iseo.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, nestled in a quiet residential area with a beautiful park right across the road. It was such a pleasant surprise to find a swimming pool, which is quite rare in this area. The room was comfortable, and I loved the amenities like the mini-bar and the flat-screen TV. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a huge bonus for me. this place provided the enhanced comfort and quality services that I was looking for.

Nice designhotel, refreshing approach to the idea how a hotel should look like. Service ok and spacy rooms. Swimmingpool in the yard, in an "USA-like" road motel style.

the staff is very friendly, in particular Mauro from Guest Services. He was there when we arrived (late arrival) and still there in the morning when we left. He took care of check-in, check-out, breakfast service and all our special requests, always friendly, guest-oriented and charming. Congratulations to the hotel management for having hired Mauro as employee. He is phantastic!

add a bit more choice into the mini-bar

Spent Easter break at this hotel and it was an excellent experience. the staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was outstanding, including fresh fruit, cereals, yogurts, and delicious pastries. the location was perfect with a beautiful park nearby and easy access to the lake and shopping center. the underground parking was a plus as we had our own transport.

The hotel exterior was not very attractive on arrival, but the room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was out of service and the bathroom could have been a bit more updated.

The room in this hotel was good, we prefer good beds and that was good however the bathroom was not new. Parking was okay Location close to the lake was good.

The swimming pool was not heated(on the booking-site) they mentioned that it was. It was a mess around this pool full ashtrays!! The road around the hotel is very noisy and a good night sleep is only good when you have the window closed. (but we like the window open for fresh air) The bathroom was not updated. The staff was friendly, but very slow and do not threat you as a real hotel-guest. The breakfast was very poor. Never seen a breakfast which was so bad. The bread was old! Eggs were bad. When you are having breakfast here people are walking around with they mobile phones and that is disturbing. (better would be a closed area.) I made a complain about this but they did not want to give my money back for the breakfast. It is more a hotel to have a meeting with your partners/customers , not for travelers who would like to have a nice stay.

Hotel is good located in nice area. Just few kilometer from shopping center Franciacorta Outlet. And also Lake Iseo is woth to see it. There is nice relax atmosphere. Hotel is new. We have large family room consists of 2 rooms (each with bathroom) connected. Large, clean, we were satisfied.

No information at all in rooms, very basic breakfast, some items finished after first hour. Nothing like a four star hotel as claimed, no tea or coffee making facilities in rooms. Further away from Brescia and from lake Iseo than stated.
